Las Bandejas – Rental Terms

These terms apply to all reservations at Las Bandejas.

1. Reservation

Your reservation is confirmed once a deposit of 10% of the total rental amount has been received.

By paying the deposit, you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Payment

Payment schedule:

10% deposit upon booking

45% three months before arrival

45% two months before arrival

The full rental amount must be paid no later than two months before arrival.

If a payment is not received on time, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

A €500 security deposit applies to Finca Las Bandejas.

The deposit will be refunded after departure, provided no damage or additional costs have been incurred.

3. Cancellation

Up to 3 months before arrival: 10%

Between 3 and 2 months before arrival: 45%

Within 2 months before arrival: 100%

In the event of a no-show or early departure, the full rental amount remains payable.

We strongly recommend taking out travel and cancellation insurance.

4. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: from 4:00 PM

Check-out: before 10:00 AM

Different times may be possible upon request and subject to availability.

5. Number of Guests

Finca Las Bandejas
Maximum of 10 guests.

Casita Las Bandejas
Maximum of 2 adults, 3 children and 2 small dogs.

It is not permitted to exceed the agreed number of guests.

6. Use of the Accommodation

We kindly ask our guests to treat the accommodation, its furnishings and the outdoor areas with care.

Any damage, defects or other issues should be reported as soon as possible. Damage caused during your stay may be charged.

Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation.

7. Bread Delivery Service

During your stay, fresh bread is delivered daily at approximately 9:30 AM.

This service is included, although delivery times may occasionally vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

8. Electricity & Energy Use

Normal use of water, gas and electricity is included.

We kindly ask guests to use energy responsibly.

Switch off the air conditioning when leaving the accommodation.

Keep windows and doors closed while the air conditioning is in use.

In the event of excessive energy consumption, we reserve the right to charge additional costs.

Charging electric vehicles on the property is not permitted.

9. Water Usage

Water is a valuable and limited resource in Andalusia.

Normal water usage is included.

We kindly ask guests to use water responsibly and avoid unnecessary water loss.

Please avoid activities that cause excessive amounts of pool water to be lost, such as repeatedly jumping into the pool with great force or any other activity that results in significant water loss.

In the event of excessive water consumption or water loss, we reserve the right to charge any additional costs incurred.

10. Swimming Pool

Use of the swimming pool is entirely at your own risk.

Children must always be supervised by an adult when using the pool.

Glassware is not permitted in or around the swimming pool.

11. Pets

Pets are only permitted at Casita Las Bandejas and only with prior approval.

Maximum of 2 small dogs.

Pets must be declared at the time of booking.

Pets are not permitted at Finca Las Bandejas.

Owners are responsible for ensuring that their pets:

- do not cause a nuisance;

- are not allowed on beds or furniture;

- do not cause any damage.

Any additional cleaning costs or damage will be charged.

12. Outdoor Areas & Safety

Due to the high fire risk during the summer, we ask all guests to use extra care when using open flames.

Use the barbecue only in a safe location and never near trees, shrubs or other vegetation.

At Casita Las Bandejas, the barbecue may only be used on the pool terrace.

At Finca Las Bandejas, the barbecue must not be placed near trees, shrubs or other vegetation.

When leaving the accommodation, or if strong winds arise, please close the sun umbrella. At Finca Las Bandejas, we also ask you to fully retract the awnings on the upper terrace, as strong afternoon winds can arise suddenly and may cause damage.

13. Peace & Respect

Las Bandejas is a peaceful place to relax.

Parties, events and noisy gatherings are not permitted.

Please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

14. Liability

Las Bandejas cannot be held liable for:

- loss, theft or damage to personal belongings;

- accidents occurring on the property;

- damage resulting from improper use of the accommodation or its facilities.

15. Force Majeure

Las Bandejas cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control, including extreme weather conditions, wildfires, power or water outages, or any other unforeseen events.

16. Animals on the Property

A friendly ginger cat lives on the property and may occasionally wander around. If you prefer not to have the cat inside, please keep the doors closed as much as possible.

Our dogs stay in a separate private area of the property. As is common in the Andalusian countryside, they, like other dogs in the area, may occasionally be heard. The dogs do not have access to the rental accommodations or the private gardens of our guests.
