Las Bandejas – Rental Terms

These terms apply to all reservations at Las Bandejas.

1. Reservation

Your reservation is confirmed once a 10% deposit of the total amount has been received.

By paying the deposit, you agree to these terms.

2. Payment

Payment schedule:

- 10% deposit at booking

- 45% three months before arrival

- 45% two months before arrival

The full amount must be paid no later than two months before arrival.

If a payment is not received on time, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

A refundable security deposit of €500 is required for Finca Las Bandejas.

The deposit will be returned after departure, provided no damage or additional costs have occurred.

3. Cancellation

- Up to 3 months before arrival: 10%

- Between 3 and 2 months: 45%

- Within 2 months: 100%

In case of no-show or early departure, the full amount remains payable.

We recommend travel and cancellation insurance.

4. Arrival & Departure

- Check-in: from 16:00

- Check-out: before 10:00

Other times may be possible on request.

5. Number of Guests

Finca: maximum 8 guests + 2 baby's (0–2 years)
Casita: maximum 2 adults + 3 children + 2 dogs

Staying with more guests than agreed is not permitted.

6. Use of the Property

Please treat the accommodation and its contents with care.

Any damage must be reported immediately and may be charged if necessary.

7. Bread Service

We offer a daily bread delivery service around 09:30.

This is included, but may vary in exceptional situations.

8. Electricity & Energy Use

Normal use of gas, water and electricity is included.

We kindly ask guests to use energy responsibly.

In case of excessive use (for example leaving air conditioning running continuously), additional costs may apply.

9. Water Use

Water is a valuable resource in Andalusia.

Normal use is included.
We ask guests to use water responsibly.

The pool is intended for normal use. Avoid excessive water loss (for example large “bomb dives”).

Additional costs may apply in case of excessive use.

10. Swimming Pool

Use of the pool is at your own risk.
Children must always be supervised.

11. Pets

Pets are only allowed at Casita Las Bandejas with prior approval.

- Maximum 2 small dogs

- Must be declared at booking

Pets are not allowed at the finca.

Guests must ensure pets:

- do not cause disturbance

- are not allowed on beds or furniture

- do not cause damage

Additional cleaning or damage may be charged.

12. Peace & Respect

Las Bandejas is a calm place to relax.

Parties and loud gatherings are not permitted.
We ask guests to respect the surroundings and neighbours.

13. Liability

Las Bandejas is not liable for:

- loss or theft of personal belongings

- accidents on the property

- damage due to improper use

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather or unforeseen events.
